A state of emergency declared in Chile Saturday morning after an 8.8 magnitude earthquake rocked the country. Officials say at least 64 people are dead and the toll is expected to rise. The quake hit central Chile near the capital, Santiago. Several buildings have collapsed and power and utilities are out. Officials say it is difficult to tell how much damage has been done. President Michele Bachelet declared a "state of catastrophe" early Saturday morning. The quake has also caused Tsunami warnings as far away as Hawaii.
