Description:

Southern Finland can expect a further ten centimetres of snow overnight as a blizzard moves eastwards across the area, forecasts the Finnish Meteorological Institute. Road conditions in the province of Uusimaa will be very hazardous overnight. D riving conditions will also be very poor in other parts of southern Finland. Forecasters say the area of snow will move quickly across the region and affect the metropolitan Helsinki area around 2 to 3 a.m. on Monday. They predict the snow should have passed away by the morning rush hour.
