Situation:

A plane in Nigeria carrying more than 30 emergency workers has crashed in what was supposed to be a mock rescue exercise, police said Saturday. A Nigerian Air Force G22 aircraft carrying more than 30 National Emergency Management Agency workers crashed at Port Harcourt International Airport during a mock rescue exercise, injuring two people, Port Harcourt police spokeswoman Rita Inoma-Abbey said in a written statement. The incident occurred just off the runway after landing at 12:13 p.m. Friday, Inoma-Abbey said. The aircraft was "severely damaged," she said. No further details were available about the crash in the oil-rich Niger Delta city of Port Harcourt.
