Not confirmed information! Description: Fourteen people, including children, have been transported to several hospitals. Two vehicles, a brown compact car and an SUV slammed into the back of the bus. Peoria County Sheriff's deputies say the bright sun may have been a factor in the accident. The bus was stopped at the time to pick up students. It happened around 7:00 a.m. just east of Hanna City on Farmington and Murphy Roads. Farmington Superintendent, Mark Doan, says, "We immediately called all the parents, all the parents were aware. Obviously, there was a lot of emergency medical individuals here. Our students are doing well. there were a few that were transported just for precautionary measures." Farmington Road was closed down as of 7:30 a.m., but the scene has been cleared and traffic should no longer have trouble getting through. The conditions of the children sent to the hospital are not yet known, but we do know any injuries are not serious.
