Tropical storm heads for Mexico's Yucatan, oil rigs

MIAMI (Reuters) - Tropical Storm Karl strengthened on Wednesday on a path that posed a risk to Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula and some of its oil installations in the Bay of Campeche while two hurricanes raced across the Atlantic Ocean.
